Quest text
North of the widow lake stands a chapel that drowned with its congregation when the marsh rose. The dead there carry rusted censers — funerary ones, the kind swung at a Gravecaller rite. Gather 4 from the chapel yard and I will read what rite was sung over that water.

As I feared. These censers burned grave-ash, not incense. Someone consecrated that chapel to the drowning — and the rite is signed 'Voss.'
